GST Admission Test 2027 Dates Announced, Check Unit-Wise Schedule

GST Admission Test 2027 dates for 20 universities under the General, Science and Technology (GST) have been announced. The test for the academic year 2026-2027 will be held in March 2027.

According to the report, the B Unit Admission test will take place on March 19. The Unit C and Unit D tests will be held on March 20. The Unit A test is scheduled for March 27.

The dates were finalized at a GST cluster meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Professor Dr. Golam Rabbani, co-convenor of this year's central admission test committee and vice-chancellor of Noakhali Science and Technology University, confirmed the dates to the media after the meeting.

The admission application process has not yet been announced. Details about applications and other related matters will be published later through a notice.

Last year, the universities in the cluster had about 13,500 seats in total. So far, none of the universities that were part of the cluster last year has announced a decision to leave the system.

Three Universities May Join

Three new public universities have expressed interest in joining the GST cluster. They are Bogura University, Thakurgaon University and Meherpur University.

The three universities are still at an early stage of their academic activities. Officials believe joining the GST system could help them run admission tests through a coordinated process.

The GST cluster system brings several public universities under a common admission process. For students, the system can provide a coordinated way to apply to participating universities.
