Holy Cross College issues Class XI admission guidelines
According to the Holy Cross College Admission notice, Science group applicants must have a GPA of 5.00 in the SSC examination. They must also have studied both Higher Mathematics and Biology as SSC subjects.
Holy Cross College in Dhaka has issued guidelines for students applying for admission to Class XI in the 2026–27 academic year. The notice was published on the college’s official Facebook page on Tuesday, September 1.
According to the notice, Science group applicants must have a GPA of 5.00 in the SSC examination. They must also have studied both Higher Mathematics and Biology as SSC subjects.
For Humanities, applicants need an SSC GPA between 3.00 and 5.00. Students applying to Business Studies must have a GPA between 4.00 and 5.00.
The college has also set rules for students who want to change groups. Students from Science or Business Studies can apply to Humanities if they have a GPA of at least 4.00.

Science group students can apply to Business Studies if they have a GPA of at least 4.25. The notice also says the admission tests for Humanities and Business Studies will take place at the same time.
Students must check all details before submitting the application form. After filling out the form, they should open the Preview option and check the information carefully.
If any information is wrong, applicants must correct it through the Edit option before submitting the form. After submission, a Security Code will be sent to the applicant’s mobile phone.
Applicants must then complete the admission fee payment through the bKash app. They need to use the Education Fee option, select the college and choose Holy Cross College under Institution Name.
They must provide the education board, passing year, group and SSC roll number. After the student’s name and payment amount appear, applicants must pay Tk 500 without any additional charge.
The Admit Card and Application Form can be downloaded about six to 10 minutes after successful payment. Applicants can also access these documents through Applicant Login.
For login, they need their SSC roll number, board, passing year and Security Code. The college has advised students to print and keep both the Admit Card and Application Form.
If a student is selected, a copy of the Application Form must be submitted to the college. Students who face problems uploading photos have also been advised to adjust the image size through a designated resizing service.
The college warned that an application will not be considered valid until the bKash payment is completed. The Admit Card will also not be available before the payment is completed.
The notice also states that regular class and practical attendance is mandatory. Students must wear the prescribed college uniform and take part in co-curricular activities.
Applicants have been urged to follow all admission rules while completing the application process.
