The National University has published the Honours 4th Year Result 2026 for the session 2020-21. The results were published on Monday, August 31, according to an official notice.

A total of 232,624 candidates from 881 colleges took part in the examination. They appeared in 31 subjects, with an average pass rate of 65.10 percent.

The National University's Office of the Controller of Examinations issued the notice on Monday. It said the results were published subject to approval from the Academic Council and the Syndicate.

Students can check their Honours Result on the university's result website from 5 PM on Monday. They can also receive the result through SMS on a mobile phone.

To check the result by SMS, students need to type “nu roll no” and send the message to 16222. The result will be sent back by return SMS.

How to Check NU Honours 4th Year Result

Students can also check the result online through the National University's result website. The website is results.nu.ac.bd.

On the website, students need to enter their roll number, registration number and examination year. After submitting the information, they can view their result sheet.

The result sheet can also be downloaded or printed from the website. Students should check their details carefully after receiving the result.

Four-Year CGPA Result to Be Published

The notice also said that the combined result for all four years, or CGPA, will be published shortly. This result will provide the overall academic result across the four Honours years.

The notice was signed by National University Controller of Examinations Md. Enamul Karim. It also said the university may correct any inconsistency or error found in the published results.

The university authorities also reserved the right to cancel the results entirely if necessary. The notice did not provide further details about any specific error or inconsistency.

For now, students can use the website or SMS service to collect their Fourth-Year Examination results. The next major update will be the publication of the combined four-year CGPA result.
