Rajshahi Issues 2nd Phase Appointment Letters for 22 Primary Teachers

Rajshahi district has issued appointment letters to 22 candidates in the second phase of the government primary teacher recruitment process. The appointments are for revenue-sector assistant teacher posts under the Directorate of Primary Education.

The appointment notice was signed by A K M Anwar, District Primary Education Officer. It listed the names of 22 candidates selected for appointment to vacant posts in government primary schools.

According to the notice, the appointments were made based on the results of the Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2025. The candidates were selected following a recommendation from the Central Primary School Teacher Recruitment Committee.

The appointed teachers will receive salaries under the National Pay Scale-2015. The salary range for the posts is Tk 11,000 to Tk 26,590, which is Grade-13.

The notice said the appointments are subject to the conditions stated in the recruitment notice. The selected candidates must also follow the prescribed rules when joining their respective schools.

The latest appointments come after concerns over delays in issuing appointment letters in some districts. Similar allegations had emerged in Rajshahi over verification-related issues.

The newly appointed candidates are now required to complete the joining process within the specified rules and conditions.
